Meet the P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. Team

Our P. Erie Waterproofing Inc. Team aka the ERIE Team, is trained in safety and waterproofing systems. Programs and resources are in place that help our crew communicate, strategize and manage projects more effectively. 

Paul Erie is the founder of P. Erie Waterproofing Inc and has been in the waterproofing and methane-proofing industry for over 42 years. Since Paul has worked in the Los Angeles waterproofing industry for a long time, he has a great reputation with Los Angeles City Inspectors as being knowledgeable and compliant. Paul has not only worked professionally in the application of waterproofing materials and the sale of waterproofing products, Paul also has work experience in the formulation of waterproofing systems. Paul Erie is not only the Master of Craft and our in house waterproofing expert, but is also the Company's primary Estimator. Paul backs his estimates with an eerie amount of experience!

Matt F. has been an integral part of the ERIE team for much of the Company's conception since 2017 and before. Matt is now the Master Foreman that mainly manages our larger below grade crews and considered untouchable in the below grade arena with a work ethic that goes above and beyond. Both Matt and Paul will communicate directly with the General Contractor, Owner or Site Manager to make sure the project schedule's deadlines are met every time.

Marco is a knowledgeable Foreman that runs our Above Grade crew and is trained in the arts of water/methane deflection and proofing, sloping and draining. Although Marco is new to the ERIE Team, Marco has a proven track record of keeping multiple projects on schedule, safe and to specifications. Marco and Paul will communicate directly with the General Contractor, Owner or Site Manager to get the job done fast, to code with quality that is priced right.
