Meet the P.E.W. Team

Our PEW Team has streamlined our below and above grade waterproofing crews where we are better able to dial in your large commercial construction projects and keep them on a tighter schedule if utilizing our waterproofing systems with a long track record of success with reputable backing. Our Company's Foreman keep both below and above grade residential and commercial projects on schedule. Our below grade waterproofing and decking crew are able to get projects done on schedule and with professional quality. We are even prepared to handle any changes (or changes in rainfall) that commonly occur in new construction. 

President/Owner, Paul Erie, is the founder of P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. and has been in the waterproofing and methane-proofing industry for over 43 years. Since Paul has been in the Los Angeles waterproofing industry for a long time, he has a great reputation with Los Angeles City Inspectors, local Los Angeles Business Owners, General Contractors (GCs) and Property Owners through his expert knowledge of materials. Paul even began his career working for a waterproofing systems manufacturer and integral in the formulation of their waterproofing system materials.

Paul is also our in house Estimator and is able to give our customers a great price on deck surfacing, retaining wall and foundation waterproofing, and/or subterranean waterproofing (especially new) contruction in the Los Angeles County or nearby areas.

Matt has been an integral part of our team for much of the Company's conception. Matt is our below grade or subterranean crew Foreman. Both Matt and Paul will communicate directly with the General Contractor, Owner or Project Manager to make sure the project schedule's deadlines are met every time.

Marco is a knowledgeable Foreman that runs our Above Grade crew which specializes in waterproofing, sloping and draining. Marco has a proven track record of keeping multiple projects on schedule, safe and under control. Marco will keep Paul updated so projects stay afloat and upright.
