Types of Waterproofing Services Offered

P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. provides waterproofing services for below grade or subterranean projects including CMU/retaining walls and foundation waterproofing, methane waterproofing, sloping, waterproofing in a water table, waterproofing of lagging, footings, around pipes and drains, etc. Our Company also provides all above grade waterproofing services for above ground parking structures, balconies, terraces, planters, walkways, roof decks (not roofs), court yards including door pans and shower pans.

Types of Waterproofing Services Not Offered

P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. is a waterproofing Company which does mostly new large subterranean commercial construction. If your project is a single residence and is a small project, a residential waterproofer should be contracted for those types of jobs.

P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. does not provide "hot mop" waterproofing applications like in shower pans. A waterproofing contractor who has a specialty license for "hot mop" applications should be contracted for those type of waterproofing jobs. Waterproofers that specialize in finding moisture, leaks in walls or pipes with cameras or other specialty equipment should be contracted for these types of jobs.

Although our Company does all types of waterproofing of hardscapes such as planters, fountains and water features, we do not do hardscaped pools nor do we do any type of landscape features. A landscape contractor who specializes in waterproofing of hardscaping on landscapes should be used for landscape waterproofing. A pool contractor who specializes in pool repair should be called for any type of old pool construction.
