P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. cannot deliver quality commercial waterproofing services without using only the best quality products. Waterproofing with the great products is just as important as our thorough waterproofing system installations. Not only do we expect our product manufacturers' guarantee, we must have ✓ ease and speed of application, ✓ excellent dry times in extreme temperatures and ✓ superior water resistance over time. This is why we stand behind the waterproofing products we offer, because we aim to save our Clients money without having to sacrifice quality or longevity.

Waterproofing Products Offered and Not Offered

P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. has applied all major brand waterproofing products and materials for below grade or subterranean projects including CMU/retaining walls and foundation waterproofing, methane waterproofing, sloping, waterproofing in a water table, waterproofing of lagging, footings, around pipes and drains, etc.

P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. has used almost every major product and materials for above grade waterproofing such as above ground parking structures, balconies, terraces, planters, walkways, roof decks, court yards including door pans and shower pans. As we do not do roofs or pools, product knowledge in these areas would best be left up to roofing or pool experts.

P. Erie Waterproofing, Inc. does not provide "hot mop" waterproofing services like in shower pans and therefore our product knowledge is limited in hot mop product applications. A waterproofing contractor who has a specialty license for "hot mop" applications should be contracted for those type of waterproofing jobs.
